What is detox?
A mechanical or chemical process that removes harmful substances from your body or changes the toxin so that it is no longer harmful.

Why do we need to detox?
The body is naturally blessed with the inbuilt ability to eliminate all harmful substances that we are exposed to.

  • Intestines

The external detox –The skin acts as a barrier and prevents toxins from entering the body. The sweat glands which release various toxins including heavy metals, each works in a different way to keep us as clean as possible.
